How it works · South Bay + Long Beach

How the PristineFlip marketplace flows.

Four gates back every turnover — host posts the job, vetted cleaner claims it from the board, completion is verified with photo evidence, and the host's saved payment method is charged while the cleaner is paid the documented share the same week.

Workflow

Host → claim → verify → pay.

The marketplace flow runs in four gates — post, claim, verify, pay. Each gate ties back to one of the marketplace endpoints, and each gate has the same shape whether the turnover is a short-term-rental flip or a residential handover.

    Step 1

    Host posts the turnover

The host opens /intake, picks the property type (STR turnover or residential handover), and the intake form captures the address, arrival window, scope, and the saved payment method. The submission lands on the marketplace board as an open job limited to the cleaners who service that ZIP.

    Step 2

A vetted cleaner claims the job

A vetted cleaner on /cleaners/board sees the open job, walks through the scope, and claims it. The claim is race-safe — only the cleaner who wins the open seat can move the job forward. Once claimed, the turnover is off the board and scheduled against that crew.

    Step 3

    Cleaner verifies with photo evidence

After the visit, the cleaner walks the photo checklist — kitchen reset, bath reset, beds + linen, and the lockup verification photo — and uploads the set against the job. The coverage mirrors PHOTO_EVIDENCE in src/lib/business/cleaning-standards.ts so the auditor and the host can replay the same visit.

    Step 4

    Charge + payout, same week

Once the visit is verified complete, the host's saved payment method is charged and the cleaner is paid the documented share that backs every payout statement. The share is computed at claim time from cleanerEarningsCents — not a number that drifts between the marketing line and the payout row.

Host testimonials

First host reviews are incoming.

The first three verified payouts are landing and the first host reviews are incoming. The slots below are placeholder-shaped — replace one {name, city, quote} triple in this module when a review is ready, and the page renders it without any further edits.

Manhattan Beach

First host review · incoming

Waiting for the first host review. The marketplace is live and the first verified payouts are landing — this slot will hold the first review a host drops in.

Long Beach

Second host review · incoming

Waiting for the second host review. The first few completed visits are still in their 7-day satisfaction window — this slot will hold the next review once it clears.

Torrance

Third host review · incoming

Waiting for the third host review. Once three hosts have walked the verified-complete follow-up, this slot will hold the third quote in the same shape.

Post a turnover and watch the four gates run.

Tell us about the property and the visit you need. The job posts to the marketplace, a vetted cleaner claims it, the visit is verified against the same photo coverage the standards call for, and the host's saved payment method is charged while the cleaner is paid the documented share the same week.
