The PristineFlip satisfaction guarantee.
The satisfaction guarantee is the trust surface beneath the marketplace funnel — three promises that hold across every visit, and a four-step re-clean process if a visit ever misses the scope. Below: how the pieces fit, what triggers the re-clean clock, and what happens on the follow-up.
Pillar 1
Arrive on time
The crew walks in on the booked arrival window — not a four-hour morning range. Photo confirmation goes out at the door so you can see exactly where the visit stands. The time on-site is driven by the written quote we sent before the booking, not by what looked faster on the schedule.
Pillar 2
Re-clean free
If something on the visit doesn't land, open a re-clean request inside the 7-day satisfaction window and ops schedules the follow-up at no charge. One re-clean per turnover — once the second visit is on the books, the original scope is settled and the next cadence moves forward.
Pillar 3
No contracts
Recurring visits auto-renew on the cadence you booked, but you can pause or cancel any time directly from the dashboard — no contract, no cancellation fee, no waiting on a coordinator to email you back. The first three visits are booked individually so we can tune scope against the home, then the discount kicks in and the calendar takes over.
Re-clean claim process
How a re-clean flows end-to-end.
If a visit misses the scope, follow these four steps. Ops picks up the request inside business hours and schedules the follow-up on the next route through your service area.
Step 1
Open the visit
The re-clean path applies to completed cleanings only. A turnover that hasn't been verified complete isn't eligible yet — the satisfaction window opens once the crew has signed off and the property is back to turnover-ready.
Step 2
Inside the 7-day window
Re-clean requests open 7 days after the cleaning completes. The clock runs from the moment ops marks the turnover verified complete, not from the original quote date or the booking confirmation. Anything outside the 7-day window goes to a standard new booking.
Step 3
First request per visit
One re-clean per turnover. The clock resets on the next visit — the satisfaction guarantee applies to every cleaning, but each one gets its own shot. The dashboard surfaces whether a request is already on the file before you open a new one.
Step 4
Ops dispatches the re-clean
Once the request is in, ops gets pinged and slots the re-clean into the next route for your service area. Same property type, same crew model, same checklist as the original visit — and the follow-up lands without you chasing it. The dashboard tracks the request through to resolution.
Question 1
What does the satisfaction guarantee actually cover?
The guarantee covers completed residential and short-term-rental turn-overs booked through PristineFlip. Every visit carries the same three pillars — on-time arrival, free re-clean inside the window, and a no-contract cadence. If a turnover doesn't pass your walk-through, the re-clean path handles it; if a turnover does, nothing further is needed.
The guarantee is operational, not a marketing line — the same rules apply across every property type and every service area. We send a written quote before the crew walks in, the recommended visit length, and the arrival window. The visit runs on the quote. If the visit doesn't land on the quote, the re-clean path is open for seven days, no questions asked.
Question 2
When does the re-clean clock start?
The re-clean clock starts when ops marks the turnover verified complete — the moment the crew signs off and the property is back to turnover-ready. From there, you have seven days to walk the space and open a request if anything on the scope didn't land.
If everything is fine, no further action is needed — the visit is closed and the next cadence moves forward. If something on the scope needs a second pass, open the request inside the window and ops schedules the follow-up at no charge. The four-step process below explains the path in order, from the moment the visit closes to the moment ops dispatches the follow-up.
Question 3
Why only one re-clean per turnover?
One re-clean per turnover. The clock resets on the next visit — the satisfaction guarantee covers every cleaning you book through PristineFlip, but each turnover gets its own single re-clean, not a rolling correction pass. A second open issue on the same turnover falls outside the re-clean path and goes to a normal booking.
The single-shot rule exists so the satisfaction window stays a real operational lever, not a never-ending audit cycle. The first re-clean handles the scope — if the second pass lands, the turnover is settled. If something material changes between the original visit and the re-clean, that's a new scope and a new quote, not a continuing re-clean.
Question 4
Are there any contracts or cancellation fees?
Recurring maintenance pricing carries a per-visit discount at the weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cadences — lower than the equivalent one-time visit because the crew knows the home, the chemistry is consistent, and the scope is repeatable. The first three visits are booked individually so we can tune scope against your home.
After the third visit, the cadence auto-renews on the same weekday and the discount kicks in. Pause or cancel any time — there's no contract, just the calendar. Move-in and move-out quotes are scope-driven by the empty-unit reset you actually need, with booking lead times that give the crew room to prep.
Question 5
How does the re-clean actually get dispatched?
Once the re-clean request is in, ops gets the same-day ping with the property address, the original completed timestamp, and the request time. The dashboard tracks the request end-to-end — you'll see the dispatch confirmation, the scheduling window, and the follow-up visit details without chasing the office.
The crew that ran the original turnover handles the re-clean in most cases — same property type, same service area, same chemistry. If that crew is off-route on the re-clean day, ops pulls the next available matched crew, and the dashboard updates with the change. Photo confirmation lands the same way the arrival photo did on the original visit.
Put the guarantee on a booking.
Tell us about the property — square footage, residents, pets, the kind of clean you need. The quote comes back written, and every visit that follows carries the same three pillars.
